Bye Bye Sleeping Pills I'm in my 50's and wanted to get off the Simply Sleep type sleeping pills and found a substitute in this product. I'm amazed at how effective these are and without the nightmares I would get from a much lower 333 mcg non-time released melatonin. October 28, 2012
