I am not the best of eaters and know my body wants me to be. Thus I use supplements as a mediator! My vitamins are good, but lack the mineral spectrum I want, so Twin Lab's Multi Mineral caps help me get the calcium (I can't eat dairy) and minerals I don't get in my daily diet. They absorb well and keep me well balanced along with my other supplements.

I have been using this product for several years now. It's a very good mineral supplement with a good variety of minerals to cover all your bases.

The Lid
I have been using the Multi Mineral caps for years and feel completely satisfied with them. I do have one peave. The cap. Why have they made it child proof? If they had to do that, why didn't they do it right? The cap will not come off! (I follow the instructions to the letter. I end up having to tear the cap apart and then storing the capsules in an old mayonaise jar. Please tell them to fix the cap or go back to the normal one.

This product has all the necessary minerals our body needs. The dose is safe and gives the body protection from effects of lacking any mineral.
