Fish Oil causes diarrhea, August 11, 2009

"I started taking the twinlab fish oil supplement (1g ) 1x daily after dinner. The first week was just burping up a fishy smell afterwards. The following 2 weeks were semi-serious diarrhea. After I figured out what was going on, I stopped the supplement and my system returned to normal. I may try again but 2-3x weekly. Just be warned..."
