Great pre-workout energizer Ripped Fuel Extreme has been around for a good many years and I can see why. It works. The energizing effects continue to remain the same day after day and don't "quit working" like so many other products I've tried. As for me, though the recommended dosage is two, I only take one an hour before my morning run. I take another 3 hours later. Oh yes, no crash after taking these.
