High quality I reluctantly use health supplements, since by principle I would rather have solid organic food and greens ... and the only supplement in my kitchen is a protein powder (or a balanced nutrition powder). Furthermore, I am very sensitive to chemicals, contaminants, etc ... and having tried a number of brands in the past, they either bring me an outright headache (or pressure between the eyes) or I can feel slower overall and not as sharp. Somehow the Gainers fuel 1000 seems to be of very good quality and does not give me any side effects. The powder mixes well and it is very fine; like talcum powder (indicative of high grade manufacturing process). I do *not* use this product as a weight gainer, but take only 1/4 of the serving (1 scoop) as a multi supplement; containing a balance of carbs and protein. Also, this supplement contains no artificial sweeteners. As a matter of fact fructose is far more preferable than either aspartame, sucralose, or other man-made sweetener chemicals. October 12, 2007
