Excellent designed product and excellent $/lb This is another excellent Twinlab product. Carb/protein ratio is about 4:1. This is more or less a complete food. Vitacost is offering it at a very good price, so it is one of the best bangs for the buck you can get for this type of product. This is a top-notch recovery drink for cyclists -- that is what I use it for. The maltodextrin to simple sugar ratio is dialed in pretty good, so it is not grossly (over) sweet. Now if they would just bring back Hydrafuel. One commenter complained about mixing. Yes, it is a bit of a challenge to mix without a blender, especially with cold tap water, if you go recommended concentrations. I do use my bass-o-matic to mix it, so no biggy in my opinion.
