A great easy to swallow multi vitamin/mineral
After reading some great reviews, I decided to give this formula a try. I'm new to Vitacost and just starting to try a few products and haven't been disappointed yet! This multi hair~nail formula has been great....it has made me feel so much better generally, and my hairdresser asked what I've been doing differently to make my hair so healthy and thick! I'm not noticing as much in the drain after my shower either and my nails have finally stopped breaking! I'm feeling more energetic and better able to cope with stress (not sure if it's this vitamin but will continue to use it!). I've had a problem in the past with swallowing big pills but this one goes down just fine (very pleased with that!) Highly recommend this product!

A good multi supplement
These capsules are easy to take and provide a good variety of nutrition for a womans needs, and in a powdered capsule form, provide better absorption in the body. They are somewhat low in calcium, but i take additional calcium in the form of a plant sourced whole food supplement to get the extra calcium i need.

I feel like it may help my energy levels. I have felt slightly more energy and focus since I started taking it 3 weeks ago.
