A good multi supplement These capsules are easy to take and provide a good variety of nutrition for a womans needs, and in a powdered capsule form, provide better absorption in the body. They are somewhat low in calcium, but i take additional calcium in the form of a plant sourced whole food supplement to get the extra calcium i need. April 20, 2013
