One of the best
Acidophilus has been one of those supplements (at least for me) that sometimes is difficult to tell if it's working.
I had run out a few days before my new bottle came and definitely noticed a difference in my overall well-being!

Great Non-Dairy Probiotic
I've used this for a couple years now and I'm very happy with the product. It can be taken traveling too without refrigeration for a while. No Soy in this product either, which is often in other non-dairy products.

Best thing your tummy's ever know!!!
I take this along with bromelain capsules (2-3 capsules each) whenever my digestion is not up to par or when my tummy feels upset I take it by itself. It works great!!! This works better on my digestive system than the old standby fiber. Too much fiber (wheat products) tends to give me headaches, so I use this instead. Keeps my digestive tract nice & healthy. My tummy thanks me immensely for it!!!
