NON DAIRY which is hard to find
It is very hard to find a probiotic that is non-dairy. It is normally grown on dairy, but for people who are allergic to dairy this is a great alternative.
I comes in a couple of strengths and Vitacost has a good price on it compared to my local health food stores. They even ship it in a cold pack.
