It even tastes good! Not that I'd eat it plain, but I add a tablespoon to some greek yogurt, a spoonful of the Udos 3-6-9 oil and a little stevia...delicious! I haven't been using it long enough to see results, but I love the product already. October 19, 2012

My New Favorite Green Product I've been using Wholesome Fast Food for over a month now and am very impressed. It's got a better variety of greens than a lot of products out there along with your basic seeds as healthy fats. Eating this for breakfast along with a complete workout and healthy diet I've finally been able to loose the extra weight I've been trying to loose and I'm looking tone.
