Recommended Usage: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably with meals. GROW2 HP should be used for 21 days straight, followed by a 7 day layoff. This cycle should be repeated 3 times. This should be followed by a 3 to 4 week layoff before repeating the program.
