Horrible product I purchased this product with the hopes of seeking out a lean performance protien that has no sugar, lactose free, and gluten free. This product advertises all three, yet contains milk product, and does not disclose sugar content on the nutrition label. After I drank it I was alarmed at the sweet taste, only to find that a primary ingredient is fructose. I have taken the supplement for about a week and have noticed a near immediate performance drop in my times and lifts. NOT a product for total fitness. I will be throwing away the remainder of my powder. It is not even worth keeping. It would be better to go without, than to consume this powder. March 9, 2013

This product is great! I try very hard to start my day with protein. This powder, mixed with soy milk start me off on the right foot. It satisfies my hunger throughout the day as well as tastes great. January 17, 2013
