most bang for your buck specially on Vitacost Universal products are great, and thanks to them i was able to find a great BCAA product that was worth it. Great amount of BCAA and even thought it says take it with every meal. i take 6 pre workout 6 intra and 6 post. During that time is when the body needs them the most and i know that during that time they are in my body and that i have not gotten rid of them due to plenty of hydration. great product and recommend it strongly. If you serious about training look @ the amount of BCAA u get in this product againts whey or BCAA powder. This product can't be beat for vitamins n Leucine content only drawback is pill size but I have no problem taking 6 or 12 @ a time but some may. September 29, 2011

Good Aminos I've heard good things about universal nutrition. I first started taking the uni liver to get more aminos in my diet and I seem to be adding more lean muscle and I'm muscle size. I recommend these to anyone who want to be leaner or gain size. Great addition to a jarrow glutamine supplement. July 16, 2010
