COMPLETE FAILURE From the "reviews" on here saying the length was easily adjustable on the rope, I stupidly ordered 4 ropes for my family as gifts. HUGE MISTAKE! These ropes are not at ALL adjustable. If you're under 5'6, don't even bother ordering these, because even when you fold up the rope in your hands, it is still hard to use properly, and doesn't allow you to advance your roping speed & skills or enjoy your workout. Complete waste of money in my opinion. Great sale prices on Vitacost, but be cautious with what you buy. July 17, 2010

How to Adjust Deluxe Speed Rope Length

Remove end cap from handle.
Push rope down through end of cap so both metal crimp pieces are visible.
Pull rope out to desired length.
Crimp loose metal piece with pliers at desired length. Pull rope down until it is seated inside cap.
Cut off excess rope. Push end cap back onto handle.
