Exellent Product This product proves that what you put inside your body makes 100% more difference that anything you would lather on. I have been using this off and on for about 6 months now. I notice a difference after about 1 or 2 weeks. Please note though, that I have been taking homeopathics since infancy (never prescription drugs for anything),..and also eat a 95% organic diet. A clean lifestyle is the most important thing,..but this will pick up any slack with your skin. I also recommend Jarrow formulas Skin Optimizer, which I take along with this. Vaxa Clearin™ Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age and older, take 2-4 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a physician. For maintenance, take 2 capsules every morning for healthy skin maintenance. Not for use in children under 12.
