Good protein shake mix!
I mixed this powder with fruit and or vegetables in a shake. I used 1 full scoop, it was satisfying and tasty. I have also tried the vanilla chai which is good as well. This is good nutrition, I like what is in it. I have tried it with water only, not too good. It is better when blended with fruit & vegetables.

LOVE THIS SMOOTHIE with orange juice!!!
I love the TROPICAL TANGO smoothie with orange juice (and mango juice). I have tried numerous nutritional shakes and this is by far my favorite. I add one scoop to 4 ounces of orange juice and 4 ounces of mango juice. If I am out of mango juice, I use all orange. It is fabulous for breakfast. The Vega bodacious berry also is good, but a little too sweet for me. I add the berry to grape juice. My kids like it, so I will keep buying it too. If you are a fan of orange and/or mango juice, then you will really like the Tropical Tango smoothie.

YUCK! I have not tried the other flavors, but this one is disgusting! Very strange, bc I typically love anything with a "tropical" flavor and I am not really very fussy. But I have had this for months and cannot force myself to drink it...feels like punishment!
