I have only used this once but my performance on the bike seemed to be enhanced and I smoked my riding buddy! Had to be the product. ;)

Great Natural Pre-Workout!
I'm a long distance runner and chose this product because of the energizing and anti-inflammatory ingredients. I took this before a marathon and again about halfway through (I carried the powder in a snack size plastic bag in my belt). I finished feeling great! No muscle aches. I now have a lot of my friends on this as well. If you're sensitive to caffeine or not a coffee drinker, start off with half a scoop.

Best 'Good for you' Pre-workout available.
1-3-dimeth? Artificial colors? Artificial dyes? DMAA? No, you won't find any of that stuff in this pre-workout. It is an all natural, herb/caffeine energy drink. At about 100 mg of caffeine per serving, this will seriously get you going and keep you going throughout a tough workout.

Clean preworkout supplement?
This stuff is pretty good. I take it before I lift weights. It does not give get me hyped or jittery at all. I drink coffee before this so I am used to caffine. I use this on my less intense days and a "non-clean" supplement on my more intense ones. This one is pricey but I will keep using it until I find another clean preworkout that I like.
