Good after workout drink I drink this after working out, and it tastes good. The product mixes well in water, though I use more water than recommended on the label. I like that it's healthier than the previour post-workout protein mixes I used, and that it's all natural. July 20, 2012

Great for Speeding Up Recovery I use this product after working out, before the protein shake. I know it is natural and completely Plant Based Nutrition and that makes a big difference to me. I only gave it 4 stars because I am not a big fan of tropical flavor-it is just a personal thing. I just got a can of the apple berry to try and i am looking forward to it. The best thing about all Vega products for me is the peace of mind they offer knowing I am putting wholesome food into my body-not chemicals created in a lab. June 1, 2012
