I use this as a healing oil, an Like unrefined oils very much. A little goes a Long way. Will buy this again

Better then a Pill!
Even though the taste is not great I have found this to absorb quickly. I just add it a meal where the taste does not hinder the meal. I will re-order this product.

Good Stuff
I haven't taken this oral wise. But I use this on my hair and its a good source of Vitamin E so why not. I love this stuff. Its great.
