Not made from Griffonia Seed Extract This stuff is completely artificial, compared to all the other brands who extract their 5-HTP from Griffonia seeds. Maybe this works for other people, but I felt like I was taking a sugar pill. After realizing it wasn't made from Griffonia seeds, I opted to never buy Vitacost brand 5-HTP again. The rest of their stuff is okay. December 1, 2012
