Don't leave home without it. I don't do caffeine much at all, so having a perk-me-up is helpful at times. This is my desert-island supplement. So smooth, no caffeine jitters or muscle tension. Does clean-up work in the brain, I've read, and it makes sense considering how it enhances the mood. Just don't take them after 6 at night. November 29, 2012

Good - I think This product is good I think, however I can not determine if this has been beneficial for clear thinking or not. I have been losing more weight while working out and this may have something to do with taking this product. I've also been working out more intensely. Thinking this is a good product based on the review of the ALC combo from Life Extension. I'm thinking this is best evaluated over a longer period of time vs. a couple of months. May 24, 2008
