good ingredients I don't take the 6 tablets which are recommended, daily, since that is more than I would take, but I have taken this item for several years and the VitaCost brand appears to have quality ingredients. not sure it makes a difference I purchased this based on a friend's recommendation for joint lubrication. I've been taking the supplements for just over 2 months consistently, but I don't notice any different in my joints. The other annoyance for me was the dosage... I have to take 6 pills daily, and they're not exactly small pills. If you're familiar with calcium supplements - these are that big. And they come with an "off" after taste... January 29, 2013
