NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT I live in Texas & allergies are at an all time high this season. I've been taking this product for about 2 weeks & have noticed some clearing in my nasal passage where I can breathe a little better. The excessive sneezing seems to have lessened. So far taking 2 pills at bedtime is working fairly well to help me get through several hours of the next day. April 1, 2013

Best Value It works for me, and it works well. I originally used another brand name of “Aller 7”, and because it is a registered proprietary product, the results are the same with NSI. In Southern California, it’s necessary for me to take this product year round because there are almost always some spores or pollen in the air. I recommend it. April 16, 2011

Takes a few weeks to notice a difference. This is the 3rd week and I haven;t been waking up in the middle of the night with a stuffy nose. I will continue to take it to see if it gets better. i haven't been relying on the nasal sprays as much. The rating may change to 5 stars later if I no longer need to rely on the sprays. Better than OTC options OTC (Claritin, Zyrtec, etc...) remedies just weren't working anymore, so I thought I'd try this after reading the reviews. I have been using it for one month and still have some allergy symptoms on bad days, but they are milder than what I was experiencing with the OTC remedies. I'm curious to see how I feel once I go to one capsule a day in two weeks (as recommended on the label). I wish it came in a larger quantity. August 17, 2008

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily with food for 6 to 12 weeks, then 1 capsule twice daily with food thereafter, or as directed by physician.
