This is the best value Alpha Lipoic on the market Since I've not taken any other Alpha Lipoic w/biotin than NSI's, I have nothing to compare it to. However, I believe it's doing the job, based on what my doc tells me. He cautioned that I buy only pharm. grade supplements, as they are the purest and have the best absorability.
