Great vitamin, terrible flavor I love that this is a methylcobalamin form and that it contains all of the b12 vitamins I was looking for in one supplement. I also think the price is great. My only complaint is the taste. I've tried the b12 liquid in this brand and it was wonderful! I actually looked forward to taking it. With this one, I have to wash it down with a lot of water after. Leaves a terrible taste. But other than that, it's an excellent product. It gives me tons of energy and I've felt great since introducing to my routine. February 20, 2013

Like the liquid I like that this is a liquid seeing that I don't care for taking a bunch of pills. The taste is bearable but not the greatest. Also would like to know if it is yeast free. It doesn't say it is so I guess it isn't. Will look for a yeast free one next time. Also like that it has the good B-12 in it. August 6, 2012

The Real Deal B-Complex First off this is a great product. The reason, as some others have stated you don't have to swallow another pill and the taste is quite pleasant. Mixing it into a power drink is a great way to take it as well. Now for the real reason this is the better product over any others here. There is a BIG difference between "cyanocobalamin" and "methylcobalamin." One is the real and the other is manufactured, fake, and does not absorb well, if at all into the human body. "M" is good and "C" is the fake one. Try this little test trial for yourself. You and a friend buy one of the real deal and a fake one and see who gets better results. They do need to be equal in every other respect though for it to be fair. The body is challenged to absorb Vitamin B-12 in any circumstance so why not give it the best chance with the real B-12. Tastes great! I didn't want to take one more pill and my Naturopath suggested liquid b vitamins instead. This is a great value, easy to take, and the best part is that it tastes great too! Not sure why others say that they don't like the taste but I find it to be mild and not "vitaminy" at all. I don't really taste raspberry in this but thats ok with me. August 25, 2011
