"I have been taking this product for about three months now and do see a difference in my hair. My hair is growing healthier, less shedding, and it alot fuller. I love the fact that these pils are small and easy to swallow with no after taste. The reason why I gave this a four instead of a five because I wish my hair was growing alot faster, but at least now it growing healthy."

"Since having Gastric Bypass in 2008, I was having a problem with my hair falling out. "Since biotin is such an important nutrient we make sure we take a sufficient amount. NSI 5000 mcg makes it easier to take a large amount. Biotin is ciritical for glucose regulation and makes a significant difference in the health of skin and hair. Since it's water soluble, it's difficult to overdose. Make sure you take a B complex to balance any individual B vitamins you may be taking for a specific health concern."
