Healthy nails I have used Biotin for years, my finger nails would peel & chip ever since I was a teen. About ten years ago I was told about Biotin & started out as bottle directed & it was not enough for me so I increased the dose & when I back off possibly because I ran out or forget to take them I see the effects in my nails.
