Try it first before you buy more than one bottle! The tablets are huge, the texture is chalky and the taste is really sweet. Yuck! Can't get them down. I bought five bottles because the price was good and I am really regret it. I will try to give them away to someone who will use them and go back to the liquid Cal/Citrate-Mag-D I've always used. Great Price, Taste is good, not great I love chewable vitamins vs capsules because they feel more like a treat to me! Yes, weird, I know. But, I have found if I only have capsules, I will not take them every day because sometimes they get stuck in my throat, open in my esaphagus, etc. Anyhow, I bought this product because it was a good price compared to other brands.
