Quality form of Calcium/Magnesium This is one of the few calcium - magnesium supplements in capsule form that gives you the best forms of cal/mag as malate/citrate in both. Also, if you are getting enough vitamin D, this is the perfect item. If capsules are too large to swallow just break them open into yogurt and stir. May 12, 2010

Goes Down Easy I like this Calcium/Magnesium pill because it is easy to swallow. I also only take 6 pills a day and get results. I have tried other brands where I had to take as many as double that amount to get results. I think this is a good value. June 5, 2009
