Use to Lose! I've been using CLA for over 20 years. You have to be diligent in using this product. You don't see results right away - it's not a magic "pill" but if you use it on a regular basis, you will start to notice results in about 3 months. MEN - with their belly fat need to use this product!!! I'm female but i don't have any muffin top and i'm 44 years old - i look and feel great.
