Adults take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) three time daily for one week, then 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) three times daily until desired results are attained. Children under age 12 take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) three times daily for one week, then 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) three times daily until desired results are attained.
Always keep in a dark container out of sunlight. Do not freeze.
