Not as good as Vitacost Mega EFA I had tried this one, but it was too fishy I gave up on it. I am sure that wild salmon oil and omega 3 in this product are great for our health but I just can't tolerate it. I would suggest Vitacost to put some citrus fruit flavor (of course, natural one) into the fish oil, such as lemon or orange or even lime, to get rid of the fishy taste. If you do that, I am sure more people is going to tolerate it and get the benefit from it. Thanks April 9, 2013

The Verdict: Very few Omega products out there are going to pack the punch this one does at the price and quality. Their details PLEDGE Vitacost is careful to use only the cleanest sources in the world to harvest the wild salmon...(I have put my trust in you, Vitacost...plesase keep that promise) 5 omegas in one (unheard of) and a punch of Vitamin D (of which most of us are deficient in and is very hard to get from food sources.) You will definitely notice a difference in how you feel, your hair, nails, and skin. It does have a slight salmon odor but that means it is REAL...also well worth it given the benefits of this magic pill.
