Makes me tired I have used this product for about 2 weeks. I usually take 5htp before I go to bed and only 50mgs. I have been taking this 2 times a day, and I find that it makes me very tired. I have absolutely no energy just want to sleep. March 11, 2013

Strong! I like taking 1 of these after lunch when I need more pep. However, they are very strong, and I find that taken with a little Diet Coke or tea, I get too much pep. I like to drink some coke or tea, rather than plain water, so they could be a little less strong. Maybe make half-strength versions, so one can chose 1 or 2 to take? That would be better. I still like them,and I will buy more, but I'd prefer a little less strong, maybe 3/4 strength if 1 capsul is the only option. August 8, 2010
