Best Purchase Ever This is a great product for me. I started taking it 2 months ago and my mood swings and pms are very mild now. I really could tell a huge difference when I ran out of them because I was extremely moody again and I started eatting everything. (I didn't have all the food cravings during that time while taking this). Taking this product I fell so much better during "that time of the month". I would strongly recommend this product.
