The way to go! I've used this product for about two months. It's got a great combination of ingredients. I understand what the other two are referencing, but it's a potent "medicine." Just swallow it with some water or milk. The pill's not that big. Too early to say how effective this product is, but am purchasing again 'cause I have noticed increased energy. Way hard to swallow I like the concept/profile of this product just fine. But ::: it is packed as a large, rough, crumbly, 'sticky-to-swallow' TABLET. I am no wuss about swallowing supplements...even several at a 'go'...but THIS is just way too hard to get down. (I suspect it's the oat ingredient that causes both the bulk and the rough-crumbliness.) August 8, 2012
