Great product, no negative points I started taking DIM over a year ago in combination with a hormone therapy which results in more 'bad' estrogen types being produced. DIM prevents this side-effect. So far Vitacost's DIM is the most affordable, easy to take in version I have tried. While the actual working of the DIM is hard to exactly verify, I have nevertheless a very good feeling with this product and would recommend it to others. January 2, 2013
