i buy wrong i buy worng, flaxseed oil not is very good, fish oil is much good, flaxseed oil no have EPA a and DHA, have only percursor, the conversion taxe is 1/5 of fish oil March 16, 2013

Flaxseed oil if you don't do the fish oil At the time I started to use this I was in a place where it was easier than buying flaxseeds and I figured I'd get more oil from these capsules than from eating a pound of the seeds. Anyhow, I can't say anything really dramatic has changed my health but I wouldn't want to go without it. When I started working graveyard and didn't have them my sleep habit was distressed. Now that I am back to taking at least 4 a day, I notice I can sleep and relax better. Plus I feel more mentally alert. March 1, 2013
