Think its good It is really hard to say what it helping me sleep better since I have changed quite a few things. I take this closer to bedtime and then a Melatonin at bedtime and have been sleeping better. BUT the problem may have also be sated by taking Vitacost Herbal Hormone Complex† -- 920 mg per serving - 180 Capsules or it could be all of the above. I have also taken this in the late afternoon on a rather stressful day and it definitely took the edge off the business in my head. I guess I would say- what can it hurt to try? February 28, 2013
