not hard to swallow This pill is not hard to swallow as another reviewer has said. It is a gelcap like most vitamin E is. If you put three of these side by side in your palm, it would be about equal to the size of a large fish oil gel cap. So at only 1/3 the size of a fish oil gelcap, the average person will have no trouble with these. Without much taste, they can also be opened (just bite the end with your teeth) and squirted in your mouth or in your smoothie if you really have a hard time. This supplement is also a very effective complex, great for your blood, especially for regulating your platelet count. I take it faithfully every day. January 15, 2013

Tocopherols This is a good product with an excellent quality. There is no oil and it contains all tocopherols. That would be better with some tocotrienols, but this complex is one of the best on the market. September 28, 2011

Effective product! I recently (about 8 months ago) began taking Vitamin E again ~ specifically, this brand/type. I had stopped for a year or so. Big mistake!
