To make a Quick & Easy Hummus
1 cup garbanzo flour
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons tahini
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium sized garlic clove, crushed
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Keep box dry and at room temperature (59°-86°F [15°-30°C]).
