Wonderful product for Celiacs This has to be the greatest thing for those needing gluten free foods. As a Celiac, I am often uncertain when eating out if the food really is gluten free. Now whenever there is a question, I take a capsule before I eat or ASAP afterwards. Even if you have a reaction beginning, this can help reduce the symptoms. It really works; excellent value for the price. My youngest daughter has problems with gluten and eats gluten-free 98 percent of the time. When she does desire something with gluten, she takes 2-4 of these capsules (depending on the amount of wheat she is eating) and she does not have any bad reactions. Made me sick! I really wanted this to work. I took one and ate some gluten, got sick. Figured ok, it's not working, it's the gluten. But to be sure I took one and DID NOTeat gluten, and got sick the exact same amount/way. Yup, the enzyme made me sick. Don't know if it was a bad batch or something about it itself. I will be trying another brand of gluten enzyme to see if it makes a difference. July 24, 2012
