My nails are finally beginning to grow. I have always had weak fingernails...very thin and in the last few years many ridges. Since I have been using the Vitacost Hair, Skin and Nails formula my nails are finally growing and the ridges are disappearing. April 16, 2013

Not what they seem Even though I went through the process of filtering out certain ingredients, I didn't read the actual label on these until I received my order. I clearly pressed the "soy free" filter but guess what...these contain soy. Again, read the actual contents label instead of relying on the site's filters to be correct. In this case, it wasn't and I just wasted my money. March 4, 2013

A good product in capsule form I have been using this product for around 4 months and have noticed faster growth of my fingernails and less itching of my skin due to cold dry weather. I prefer this capsule form which i believe is much superior to the usual hard tablet form usually found. January 13, 2013

Efficient and very USEFULL for Nails and ... Hair Although it required a little patience and and a lot of HOPE, I finally discovered after three weeks of using Vitacost Hair, Skin and Nails that it did wonders on my feet nails as well as my hands AND my white hair which was getting very thin seems to be getting the lift too ...
