May work well but hard to swallow From what I have read, there are several good reasons to take this amino acid, but choose a brand that sells the suppliment in gel caps or capsules. This brand, in the larger dosage, chose to sell it in large tablets with square edges. This makes it harder to swallow than a smooth capsule. July 31, 2012
