l thenanine from suntheanine i have had this prescribed to me by my dr to help combat stress and only recently began purchasing it as well as other vitamins and supplements through vitacost. i could have saved 100's over the last couple of years. Please vitacost dont get greedy as you've won me over for all of my product needs. they all perform either at or above the levels i am used to. Thank you. April 14, 2013

good product for relaxation. my son (19yrs) has a very hard time sleeping. He uses this to help him relax so he can fall asleep. He says he wakes up feeling rested not groggy. March 23, 2013
