Excellent Taste and Easy to reduce dosage It's my first time using this product with flavor. It is so easy to take a smaller dose and tastes very good. My only wish is that it would come with a "Pump cap" to make it easy to despense. March 6, 2013

Easy to use I make veggie and fruit smoothie everyday, so I just add this. I always forget to take it when I had pill form ones, so this is much better. I wish there was an unflavored one, though. January 2, 2013

Helps you sleep and great for migraines & anxiety I have purchased this product many times through vita cost. The taste may be offensive to some but what I do is put two table spoons into a shot glass and add lemonade. The taste becomes great! October 26, 2012

As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons daily with food (one capful = 2 tablespoons), to top off or fully supplement your diet. As this is a highly concentrated product, we recommend starting with 1 tablespoon and increase as needed, ideally spread throughout the day. We also recommend taking this product mixed into or with a large glass of liquid for the best isotonic balance. Excess Magnesium may cause a laxative effect. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.
