A Better Way to do EPA and DHA! I have been using Vitacost's flavor of fish oil and it is MUCH BETTER than capsule form of any other product. The major upside is that your body metabolizes this much better in this form as it is assimilated into your bloodstream much more quickly. I have tried both orange and lemon....they are both terrific. Another major upside, this product does not come back on you like many of the capsule forms. My body has NEVER reminded me that I took this product after the fact. So the best of all worlds with no side-effects and no after-affects! March 19, 2013

Good stuff! First thing I noticed is that it hadn't leaked in shipping! Someone may have made a change on the seals, bottle caps, or shipping itself. I inadvertently bought orange flavor so I was a bit surprised when I had my first taste but it was pleasant. I think I still prefer lemon. March 14, 2013
