Excellent product, Very Effective I have used leading manufacturers brands of magnesium with limited results. I have switched to Vitacost brand after experiencing overall outstanding results. This product is fair but not what I expected. I am used to a magnesium supplement that completely dissolves in warm water. This one had gritty stuff that never completely dissolved. I really don't like the grit in the glass. The last time I got this, it was not flavored and it went down a lot easier. March 3, 2013

Good but needs to be ground finer When this product was produced and sold under the NSI label it was really good and dissolved fully in warm water. Since Vitacost has taken over production and labeling it is not ground so finely and so does not fully dissolve. There is always some sediment left at the bottom of the glass. If they just grind it a little finer this problem would go away and I could give it a 5 star rating. February 12, 2013

Worked really great. I really liked this product, but I liked the taste more of the product Calm, sorry but theirs did taste better. But, this product worked just as well, and I can live with the taste. I just added a little ascorbic acid. December 14, 2012

As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop daily with food or as directed by a physician. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using.

How to prepare: Place powder in glass, add 3-4 oz. of hot water and stir until dissolved, add cold water or fruit juice and drink.

How much: Individual needs may vary. Start with 1/2 scoop daily, and gradually increase to 1 scoop. When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount. If diarrhea occurs, this is a sign of excess intake; simply reduce dosage.
