always helps have been using this product for a couple of years....it still helps for a restful night of sleep. even if I have to get up during the night for any reason...it's easy to fall back to sleep. there is no morning after effect. April 22, 2013

peaceful sleep follow your normal routine. the pills wont put your to sleep but they will hep you maintain sleep. im a restless sleeper so this definately helped. if you continue to watch tv or eat and drink caffeine sugar etc it wont help much because it wont PUT you to sleep. but if you put out the light and go to sleep it will help you in fact ,try half a pill for awhile just so you wont be groggy int he morning. the morning is probably different for everyone. or try the whole pill on a day when you dont have to get up so you can see how you feel . recommend.
