b12 methylcobalamin is so good for you as a vegan family, all of us take these B12s daily and they are essential to good health for us. After doing a lot of research it seems that many experts say that the methylcobalamin form of B12 is the best absorbed and used by the body and Vitacost consistently has a well priced product for us. These are just gross The taste is disgusting. There is so much sugar (and so many kinds too!) that they are sickening. I've seen some recent studies that say this type of B12 is more beneficial but these are just awful tasting!! February 24, 2013

Not just B12 but MORE! This is an awesome Vitamin B complex. It has B12, B6, Folic acid, and Biotin!
